The Washington Nanofabrication Facility (WNF) at the University of Washington is a shared user facility that supports basic research and advanced R&D in micro/nanofabrication. Users from academia and industry can directly leverage tools, processes and staff expertise or use staff supported processing to fabricate devices from prototype to low-volume production at the wafer-level.
