The Technical Program consists of four (4) plenary speaker presentations, eight (8) invited speaker presentations, one (1) general session, six (6) parallel sessions of contributed papers, and three (3) poster/oral sessions.
Oral Sessions
Oral talks are limited to 15 minutes total time - 12 minute presentations with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers. Please download the Oral Guidelines for set-up and PowerPoint guidelines. Oral sessions will be held in the Ballroom A, with the parallel concurrent sessions in Room 109-110.
Poster/Oral Sessions
Poster/Oral sessions have become a premier medium for authors to present papers and to meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussions. In addition, attendees find the poster sessions an effective way to sample many papers. It is important that you display your message clearly and strikingly so as to attract people who might have an interest in your paper. Please download the Poster Instructions for the recommended style and format of your actual poster. Posters will be held in the Ballroom B-C.
