After 9 January 2020, all prospective attendees will register on-site at the standard rate (cash or credit card only). Registration payment, in Canadian Dollars (CAD) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic copy of the technical digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Tuesday Conference Event, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A CAD $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 9 January 2020. No refunds will be made after this date. Tuesday Conference Event Please join us Tuesday evening for the MEMS 2020 Conference event. Event tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration, unless a daily registrant. Tickets for guest can be purchased for CAD $120. Registration Receipt Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed. This may take up to five (5) business days.
