We understand that flexibility is important and should you decide to join us in-person after registering for remote attendance, your paid remote registration fee will be applied to your in-person registration, as well as if you decide you no longer are able to be in-person and need to change to remote. Given the expected dynamic international travel situation, this option is designed to offer some measure of flexibility to our international attendees. All changes in your registration must be sent to registration@ieeemems2022.org by 27 December 2021 at 23:59 Hawaii Standard Time.

Registration payment, in U.S. Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than December 30, 2021. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.
