Registration payment, in U.S. Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Tuesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than
6 January 2023. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.
Remote/Virtual Presentations
If your local government is restricting traveling to Germany during the conference dates, alternative presentations methods will be accommodated, however, we are encouraging ALL presentations to be in-person.
Tuesday Conference Banquet
Please join us Tuesday evening for the MEMS 2023 Conference banquet. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration, unless a daily registrant. Tickets for guest can be purchased for $100.
Bosch Reutlingen Fab Tour
Cost of Tour: $40 plus VAT. Tour includes roundtrip transportation from the Science Congress Center Munich to Reutlingen, tour and lunch. For those wishing to depart Friday evening from Munich, buses will make a stop at the Munich Airport before returning to the Science Congress Center Munich.
Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter Germany must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
