Micromachines (ISSN 2072-666X), is an international, peer-reviewed Open Access journal of micro/nano-scaled structures, devices, systems as well as related micro- and nanotechnology from fundamental research to applications, published monthly online by MDPI. Launched in 2010, /Micromachines/ has published more than 3000 articles. It is indexed in EI, Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science, and has an Impact Factor of 2.523 (2019). /Micromachines/ boasts a fast peer-review process and online publishing of original results. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 12.5 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 1.9 days.
