All oral presentation will be LIVE in a Zoom room through the conference platform.

All oral presenters will be REQUIRED to log-in 15 minutes before the start of the assigned session. Download the below guidelines for specific times.

Approximately 3 days before each presentation, an email invitation from the conference platform (ATIV Software: alerts@ativsoftware.com) will be sent. It will include the link you MUST use for your presentation. If you have not already done so, please add their email (alerts@ativsoftware.com) to your contact/address book to ensure you receive your virtual session invitation.

The conference organizations are working to set up several rehearsals and will send an email in January with additional information regarding dates and times. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at authors@mems21.org.
