The registration fees for the IEEE MEMS 2018 Conference are as follows and does not include VAT of 20%:
Registration payment, in British Pounds only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic copy of the technical digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A £50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 16 January 2018. No refunds will be made after this date. PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday Evening Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a daily registration. Wednesday Conference Banquet Please join us Wednesday evening for the MEMS 2018 Conference banquet at Titanic Belfast. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration, unless a daily registrant. Tickets for guest can be purchased for £80. To add a banquet to an existing registration, please visit this link. How to Register There are two ways to register for the IEEE MEMS 2018 Conference:
Your registration receipt will be emailed to you from registration@mems2018.org once your payment has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time of registration to receive your receipt. Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations The 31th IEEE MEMS 2018 Conference will be held at the Belfast Waterfront and the conference has arranged for discounted rooms around Belfast. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is Sunday, 24 December 2017. Any reservations made after 24 December, 2017 are subject to availability of space and special group rate. Belfast Waterfront 2 Lanyon Place Belfast BT1 3WH Northern Ireland, UK Transportation Belfast is served by two airports and is within easy reach of national and international destinations. The George Best Belfast City Airport is located three miles from Belfast Waterfront. A regular bus service runs to and from the city center and the journey time by car is around five minutes. Belfast International Airport is around 20 miles north of the city center and the average journey time by car is around 45 minutes. There is a regular bus service to and from the city center. Passports and Visa Information All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United Kingdom must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied by the United Kingdom, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation. |
