McCarran International Airport is located at 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, just two miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and 15 miles from downtown and is easily accessed via I-215, Tropicana Avenue, or Russell Road.

Airport Transportation

Taxis
Taxi fare from McCarran International Airport to downtown Las Vegas is approximately $30 - $36 one-way. A $2 exit surcharge is included in all Las Vegas taxicab meter fares for rides originating from McCarran International Airport. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Customers should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment.

Terminal 1
Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 - 4. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

Terminal 3
At Terminal 3, taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero. There are 20 taxi loading positions on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and 10 loading positions on the east side of the building to accommodate international travelers. Quick exit lanes will allow traffic to leave the airport quickly and airport personnel are available to assist as needed.

Airport Shuttle
The airport shuttle is the most economical way to get to your hotel. Shuttles can cost less than $10 for Strip/Downtown. Check with your hotel for schedules.

The Las Vegas Monorail

Public Transportation - Bus (Regional Transportation Commission - RTC)
Fares vary by time and location - $6 for 2 hours on the Strip; $3 for 2 hours off-Strip; and $2 for one way trips. Buses on the Strip run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please visit: www.ridethestrip.com
