The registration fees for the IEEE MEMS 2012 Conference are as follows:

¹with advisor's name Registration payment, in Euros (€), is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A €50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 18 January 2012. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.

Wednesday Evening Conference Banquet

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 25th IEEE MEMS 2012 Conference will be held at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center. Paris and it's prestigious sites are just footsteps from the hotel. Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Orsay Museums, Saint Germain des Près, Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, River Seine, Rodin Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, Cartier Foundation: all these sites are accessible in a few minutes on foot or public transportation. Not to forget the unique ambiance of Montparnasse area and its famous 'Brasseries'. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is 8 January 2012 with a special discount for reservations made before 31 October 2011 (Student rooms not included). Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter France must have a valid passport. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
