The Technical Program consists of three (3) plenary speaker presentations, a general session of contributed papers and four (4) poster/oral sessions. Oral Sessions Oral talks are limited to 20 minutes total time (15 minute presentation with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers). All oral sessions will be held in the la Seine Ballroom, on Level 0 of the Marriott Paris Rive Gauche Hotel. Poster/Oral Sessions Poster/Oral sessions have become a premier medium for authors to present papers and to meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussions. In addition, attendees find the poster sessions an effective way to sample many papers. It is important that you display your message clearly and strikingly so as to attract people who might have an interest in your paper. Please download the Poster Instructions for the recommended style and format of your actual poster. Posters will be held in Les Clubs de Jazz, on Level -1 of the Marriott Paris Rive Gauche Hotel. |
