The registration fees for the IEEE MEMS 2011 Conference are as follows:

¹with advisor's name Registration payment, in US Dollars only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than January 14, 2011. No refunds will be made after this date. Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 24th IEEE MEMS 2011 Conference will be held at the Hilton Cancun Golf and Spa Resort along the Riviera Maya along the beach and many Cancun attractions. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is January 3, 2011. Any reservations made after January 3, 2011 are subject to availability of space and special group rate. Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter Mexico must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full.

Technical Digest
Registration for the MEMS 2011 Conference includes an electronic technical digest that you will have an opportunity to download shortly before the conference. If you are interested in a hard copy technical digest, you have the opportunity to purchase it separately from registration and it will be shipped to you the first week of February, after the Conference itself.

Prices for the technical digests are as follows. Please note that the prices may fluctuate and the final pricing will be determined at the beginning of December 2010.
