Citizens of other countries must carry a valid passport and visa to enter the USA. Foreign participants should contact the United States Embassy, Consulate, or Office of Tourism in their home country as soon as possible to determine their particular visa requirements. Participants requiring visas must initiate the application process many months in advance of their departure date.
If you are in need of a letter confirming your participation in the MEMS 2008 Conference, please download the Request for Visa Assistance Form (MS Word format). You must register for the MEMS 2008 Conference before the letter will be sent.
If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full.
