DJ DevCorp develops innovative dry film resist materials to meet the needs of advanced MEMS and microfluidic applications. We provide a ready-to-use epoxy based formulation coated between two throw-away carrier layers. Sheets or rolls with uniform thicknesses of 5µm to 1mm are quickly laminated to most substrates and are ready to expose within minutes.
