Lodging is limited and available on a first-come basis. A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) is required to guarantee all reservations and one night fee will be charged to your credit card on receiving the hotel registration form. After your reservation has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you by email within 2 days of receipt. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are subject to two nights accommodation fee. Cancellations between 0 - 15 days of arrival are subject to the entire length of stay accommodation fee.
